Belly Casting

Preserve a permanent memory of your beautiful, pregnant form!  I bring all the materials and help you (and your partner/children if desired) create a custom-molded plaster cast of your belly (and sometimes torso).  Decorate it yourself or I can create a unique design for you.  Basic Casting (no finishing): $100.  Finishing Services: $75 - $200 depending on what is desired.  Contact me to plan a time for your cast.

Birth Blessings

I work with the client to design a ceremony honoring them as a new (or new again) parent.  This ceremony can stand alone or be part of a more traditional baby shower, and is sensitive to each family's personal, cultural, and religious traditions.  
​It's also juicy - appealing to all the senses through food, scent, touch, music, and words.  $250.  Contact me to set a date.

Baby/Child Dedications

In addition to my background as a doula, I am also a Unitarian Universalist religious educator.  I offer individualized baby or child naming ceremonies or dedications.  My focus is on the dedication of the child's family and friends to providing a community of spiritual support as they grow, and celebrating the special person this child is and will become.  Each ritual incorporates the spiritual values of the family for a one-of-a-kind occasion.  Basic fee is $175 for a planning meeting, phone/email/text preparation, and the ceremony itself.  ​ Contact me for more information!

Presentations

I am available to give a presentation to your parenting, professional, religious, or other group on a variety of topics related to pregnancy, birth, and parenting.  Generally, one hour or shorter presentations in the Philadelphia area are free!
